For the civil wedding:
  - affidavit produced by the competent authorities of your country that there is no impediment to the
  wedding. Information required: birth date, unmarried status, residence, citinzeship.		  
- If either party was previously married and divorced or widowed, a certified copy of the marriage
  certificate and the original decree absolute or a certified copy of the final judgement, or the death
  certificate in respect of the deceased spouse.
- If the previous marriage was terminated within the last 300 days the woman must produce a medical
  evidence that she is not pregnant. 
 

For religious wedding are also required:
  - multiple certificate with residence, unmarital status, baptism and confirmation.
- authorization of your priest to marry in San Marino.
